Once retained, we provide a zoning analysis to determine the allowable coverages and setbacks per township.

Yes. As an architect we try to maintain similar details to complement the style and type of architecture.

What does it mean to get a variance?

We would provide plans to submit to the board for their review and comments and work with you and the town in order to obtain approvals.

Of course, during the design process we work with spatial relationships for a logical design, while being conscious of structural design.

The first thing an architect must do with the client is to determine a complete construction budget including contingencies. We work hand in hand with our clients in order to stay within their anticipated budget.
